He has been advising clients from all segments of the electricity and gas industries (including nuclear energy, renewables, electricity and gas infrastructure, electricity and gas supply and trading), on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, commercial contracts, disputes and the implementation of EU legislation.

- advising a leading Central European energy group, in connection with its two-stage acquisition of shares of a dominant Slovak power producer, and the related joint venture
- advising Slovak nuclear and decommissioning company in connection with various matters related to its joint-venture with a Czech energy conglomerate on the development of a new nuclear power plant
- representing a Slovak privately held company active in various economic sectors, in connection with the sale of an energy group operating in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Poland and Hungary
- advising the co-founder of a Slovak company focused on the development of a flying car prototype, on the entry and exit of investors and changes to company’s PE structure
- advising one of the world’s largest meat producers, on its acquisition of the Slovak meat processing company
- advising one of the largest private equity firms in Central and Eastern Europe, in connection with its acquisition of a leading operator in the food and industrial goods retail sector in Slovakia
