advising a global real estate logistics provider and investment manager in respect of acquisition of multiple properties for client’s new development projects in Slovakia, including acquisition of ca. 350,000 sqm development land bank near Bratislava’s international airport
advising a private client on a EUR 20mil entry of 70% strategic partner - a Luxembourg investment fund to the client’s heat production and distribution portfolio, and on creation of their joint investment and acquisition platform with up to EUR 250mil of funds allocated for other infrastructure investments across CEE
advising more than 400 creditors of a Czech-Slovak financial group (grouped in an association for the protection of creditors' rights) in connection with asserting their claims from the promissory notes in the total amount exceeding 3.7 bln CZK in insolvency proceedings
advising a Czech bank on EUR 80 million financing of a Slovak real estate mutual fund in connection with redemption of its units
advising one of the market leaders in the field of browser-based and mobile games on multiple-tier shareholder structuring
advising the client on various telecom regulatory matters relating to certain connected car services and associated services contemplated by one of the world's most successful automotive companies
advising the sustainability and ESG SaaS company in connection with Series A Financing and related shareholder arrangements as well as on additional crowdfunding investment
advising international bank on Slovak regulatory aspects related to their structured securities offerings under Citi U.S. $60,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme, including in relation to EU Prospectus Regulation, selling restrictions, key information documents, etc.
