advising the leading investment bank in emerging Europe, on its acquisition of a majority stake in one of the Bratislava shopping centres, from a leading global developer and operator of premium retail assets. The €450 million deal is the largest ever real estate acquisition in the Slovak market
providing a leading producer of heating and hot water solutions with comprehensive legal advice in connection with its EUR 120 million greenfield investment project in Slovakia for the construction of a production plant focused on the production of heat pumps
advising an international investment group on its $2.1 billion acquisition of CME, which owns TV companies in five CEE countries, including Slovakia
representation of a global asset manager on its acquisition of a EUR 79 million portfolio of logistics and light industrial assets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
advising a Slovak real estate developer which converted an old hospital building in Bratislava into residential and commercial property
advising a leading automotive parts producer, on various labour-related issues for many years, including the measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic and participation in related schemes for employers launched by the Slovak Government
representation of Czech multinational cybersecurity software company on a variety of complex employment law matters, in addition to substantial transactional advice
